Begins when Lights & Siren activated to stop Monroe County DA Sandra Doorley.

Dear Ms. McGuire:

Pursuant to New York State Freedom of Information Law, Article 6 of the Public Officers Law,
I hereby request the following records:

Body Cam Footage:

Webster Police Officer Cameron Crisafulli. All Body Cam Footage of traffic stop recording.
FOIL Request Body Cam Footage that Exists.

• Request Officer Crisafulli Body Cam and Dash Cam video. Cameras activated once
traffic stop Initiated by Sirens and Lights. Vehicle driven by Motorist identified at
home as DA Sandra Doorley Speeding and Not Stopping for Webster Police Officer.

Officer Crisafulli Body Cam and Dash Cam video are *Evid. DA Sandra Doorley’s ignoring
Police Vehicle’s Siren and Flashing Lights. Audio will record Officer’s communication with
Dispatch ‘On the Air’ ID Vehicle model, color and License Plate stating SUV will Not Stop.

Dash Cam Footage:

Webster Police officers Dash Cam Footage. All Dispatched to assist officer Crisafulli.
Webster Police ‘Supervisor’ Investigator Jeff who was called to DA Doorley’s house.
Investigator Jeff Webster’s and or Investigator Jeff Mortier’s Body Cam Footage.

FOIL REQUEST VIDEO FOOTAGE IS A MATTER OF PUBLIC CONCERN

Purpose: YouTube Channel which I Publish document and Federal and State Court Records,
Audio Recordings, Articles and Commentary. Channel Created to Report on Matters of Public
Concern, District Attorneys and Officials Abuse of Power, Malfeasance and Corruption.

Request waiver of All Fees. I would also like to request a waiver of all fees as requested
information is in the public interest. I am citizen Journalist reside in Onondaga County.

If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to
specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of
otherwise exempt material. Thank you for your assistance.
