 Tiring for students and facilitators.

 Eliminate Events; choose only events that are exciting.
 2 games can be done simultaneously.
 Add raffle draw if the budget will suffice ( in kind/cash)

Other Concerns:

 Tela rather than foil (Stage Decor)

 Maximize the SAC budget if ever offices won’t allow.
 Justify the event as Culminating Activity of Social Arts --- everyone is invited.
 Prizes should be distributed per event. Trophies for overall winners ( per code).
