Greetings of Peace and Solidarity!

The Student Election Commission will conduct a special election for College of
Engineering and Architecture and College of Teacher Education departments from July
4 to July 6, 2022, through UVote Platform. The commission will continue to hold online
and onsite elections.

In accordance with our request last week regarding the reopening of the UVote system
for the special election, we would like to propose that it be reopened on June 28, 2022,
as we will perform a dry-run. The system's data should then be cleared completely on or
before June 30, 2022, in preparation for special elections.

Moreover, we would highly appreciate if you can join us or anyone from your team to be
our guest on the dry-run. It will be more credible and efficient if the chosen students
may directly ask queries about the UVote system once they experience issues.

The dry-run will be conducted on June 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM through Google Meet (Video
call link: https://meet.google.com/jpx-efvc-czy )
