RELEASE DEED

THIS RELEASE DEED (“Deed”) is being entered into on this ____ day of _______
2024 at Chennai.

BY AND AMONG

1) Mr. ________, son of ____, aged about ____ years, bearing AADHAR
NO.__________ and PAN NO._________ (hereinafter referred to as the “First
Releasor”) presently residing in _______________________;

2) Mr.______________, son of __________________, aged about __ years bearing


AADHAR NO.________________ and PAN NO.______________ (hereinafter
referred to as the “Second Releasor”) presently residing in
____________________;

AND

1) MRS. CHEVURU PADMAJA, wife of ______, aged ____ years, bearing


AADHAR NO._________ and PAN NO.__________ presently residing in
_______________(hereinafter referred to as the “First Releasee;

2) Mrs. SALPAKA KARUNAMANI, wife of ___________ aged_______ years,
bearing AADHAR NO._______ and PAN NO.___________ presently residing in
____________(hereinafter referred to as the “Second Releasee;

3) Mrs. SALPAKA JOTHIMANI, wife of ___________ aged_______ years,


bearing AADHAR NO._______ and PAN NO.___________ presently residing in
____________(hereinafter referred to as the “Third Releasee’);

(Collectively, the First, Second and Third Releasee are referred to as Releasees
hereinafter)

WHEREAS

A. The Releasors were granted right, interest, possession and peaceful enjoyment of
the land and building thereon admeasuring about 6369 square feet, comprised in
Survey No. 81/1B, situated in Gowrivakkam village, Tambaram Taluk,
Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu which is more fully and particularly described
in Schedule A hereunder written and hereinafter referred to as the “Schedule
Property”.

B. The Releasors acquired the above explained right in the Schedule Property
through a registered Will dated 15th April 2008 bearing Document No. 73 of 2008
in the books of Sub-Registrar Office, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District,
Tamil Nadu.

A. Each of the Releasors have agreed to release and relinquish their rights,
title, and interest in the Schedule Property in favor of the Releasees in accordance
with this Deed.

NOW THEREFORE, the Parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Each of the Releasors, out of their natural love and affection for the Releasees,
and by their free will and consent, without any force or coercion and with utmost
good faith, hereby fully release, grant, convey, and transfer the entire portion of
their respective interests in the Schedule Property in favor of the Releasee.

2. Each of the Releasors hereby release and relinquish and secure that all their
respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns having or lawfully or equitably

claiming any estate, right, title and interest at law or in equity shall release and
relinquish, their respective ownership rights, title and interest with respect to the
Schedule Property, in favor of the Releasees on and from the date of execution of
this Deed.

3. Pursuant to the execution of this Deed, each of the Releasors agree and confirm
that the Releasees shall be entitled to deal with the Schedule Property in any
manner they deems fit, at their collective discretion and without the approval of
any of the Releasors and that the Releasees shall also be the absolute, legal and
beneficial owners of the both of the Releasors’ interest in the Schedule Property.

4. Each of the Releasors hereby fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably waive any
and all present and future claims in respect of the Schedule Property and in
respect of the transfer by the Releasors of such Schedule Property to the Releasee.

5. Each of the Releasors and all their respective successors, heirs and permitted
assigns having or lawfully or equitably claiming any estate, right, title and interest
at law or in equity in the Schedule Property shall and will from time to time and at
all times hereafter at the request and cost of the Releasee, execute or cause to be
done and executed all such further and other lawful and reasonable acts, deeds,
things, matters, conveyances and assurances in law whatsoever to more perfectly
and absolutely granting and assuring of the Schedule Property and every part
thereof to the Releasee, as may be reasonably required by the Releasee.

6. Other than as stated above, the Parties agree and acknowledge that there are no
other claims against each other in respect of the Schedule Property and that this
Deed is final and binding among the Parties. The provisions of this Deed are
binding on the successors in title, executors, assigns and the legal heirs of the
Releasee.

7. This Deed shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.

SCHEDULE A PROPERTY

All that piece and parcel of immovable property being land measuring an extent of 6369
square feet, comprised in Survey No. 81/1B, Situated at Gowrivakkam village,
Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu

West by: Residential Areas on Shanti Nagar 1st Street;

North by: Land belongs to Sri Dakshinamnaya Sringeri Sarada Peetam and

South by: Residential Area of Paul Karunalayam House and others,

North to South on Eastern side : 52 feet,
North to South on Western side : 61 feet,
East to West on Northern side : 111 feet 7 inches,
East to West on Southern side : 114 feet 3 inches,
In all total extent of 6369 square feet or thereabout, within the Registration district of
Chennai South and Sub Registration District of Tambaram.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed and executed this Special Power of Attorney
on this day and date mentioned hereinabove before the following witnesses:
