Position: IOT Development Manager

Exp: 13+ years

Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 6-10 software developers in Cloud/Edge/Computer Vision Products. Drives


progress by re-enforcing NPI phase gate process. Champion of Change Management in project
scope and team capacity. Ensure NPI meets product / project cost, and end user
requirement. Leads weekly project meetings coordinating cross functional team member’s tasks
and due dates.
• Work with product managers and technical teams in a cross-functional environment, to
implement high-quality products that meet business goals. Act as a technical liaison between
customers, engineering teams and support. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Conduct design review with architects and PM to ensure new products meet specification. Work
closely with project manager to drive successful project completion and meet schedule.
• Candidate will be reporting to senior leaders in engineering team, assume ownership, be a self-
starter, creative, and energized to technically drive the team’s mission. The candidate will
operate with a high degree of “end-to-end ownership” with collaborative & result oriented
approach.

Must have Skills:

• Thought Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading or developing enterprise-scale software


products. Good software engineering methodology: meaningful and deeply rooted opinions
about testing and code quality, ability to make sound quality/speed trade-offs. Excellent
problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with stakeholders to design product use cases, monitor
implementation, and manage feature roadmaps to meet customer requirements. Responsible

• Leading R&D projects with exceptional technical skills in microservices oriented

performance improvement techniques. Highly experienced with back-end programming
languages {Ex: C++, C#, Java, etc.} with integration to modern API and user interfaces.

Position: Full stack Manager
Exp: 12-15 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Position: Firmware Engineer-Network


Exp: 3 - 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designs and develops new products and product extensions and enhancements, relating to linear,
rotary, parallel motion products such as servo-based electric grippers and end-of-arm robotic
tooling.
• Designs and builds network product by integrating various advanced electro-mechanical
systems.
• Designs, develops, or implements control circuits or algorithms for electromechanical or
pneumatic devices or systems.
• Designs microprocessor-based circuitry to implement industrial network communication
protocols such as Ethernet IP /Profinet/Devicenet/Profibus or other into existing and new
products.
• Programs and integrates industrial automation products PLC, HMI, Inverters, servomotors, servo

Must Have Skills:

• Must have strong knowledge in the design of industrial control networks. IOT background a plus.

Position: Engineering Manager


Exp: 12 - 18 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering key engineering results in support of Sustaining Engineering, New
product development, and VAVE. Including building the team's capability and capacity within
the region and executing the global engineering projects for the Group
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop innovative designs that meet all
requirements for performance, reliability, safety, cost, and manufacturability.
• Act as a technical mentor and expert tech reviewer. Review and approve design proposals based
on requirements/statements of work and present them to stakeholders/customers.

Position: Product Marketing Manager


Exp: 10 - 15 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide a long-term vision and positioning for each product within the Packaging Intelligence
Solutions portfolio. Develop strategic marketing plan to drive PI product strategy, including
market segmentation business case analysis, Product requirements, positioning, and pricing
strategies to deliver on company expectations for ongoing 3 years cycle. Define global product
roadmaps included new product introduction, product and platform consolidation, and end-of-
life strategies to achieve our AOP.
• Work closely with our strategic Vision Solution partners to anticipate and align to use latest
technology advancements to build strong vision based solutions. Collaborate with
crossfunctional teams to develop strategic product and feature roadmaps systematically
leveraging the voice of market; customer, prospect, competitive analysis, technology and
channel partners. Perform Business Development activities in support of present and future
customers and underserved markets, including by considering and prioritizing customization
requests. Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with R&D product development schedules,
preproduction, production schedules, sales and marketing and overall strategic marketing.
• Lead new product, feature, and capability definition for current and future product offerings for
Packaging Intelligence solutions Lead collection of market needs through Voice of Customers,
building of financial models and Value Propositions to support PI market opportunities. Analyze
and synthesize information from the market, competition, commercial network and translate
them into Marketing & Product Requirement Specifications
• Follow the Markem Imaje New Product to Market development process to work alongwith other
stakeholders of project teams including R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Training,
Marketing communications, Product compliance and IT to launch the product Prepare or
update sales pitches, battel cards and sales training plans. Collaborate in the development or
updating of sales support / promotional tools. Maintain a follow-up of relations with the entire
Markem-Imaje Sales network, distribution partners and permanent customer contact.
Contribute to pre-sales support to the network. Collect and analyse feedback from customers,
stakeholders, and other teams to provide reporting, forecasting and revise strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be a part of IOT Product portfolio and execute towards Digital Transformational initiatives.
Hands on product lead developer expertise in designing solutions running on hybrid cloud
environments. Ability to interface with external customers, partners, business stakeholders on
escalations and maintain products
• Drive communication and consistently report accurate product scenarios for stakeholders. Work
as a Software Lead in application development using Angular, React UI, Python, database and
other latest technologies running on Azure & AWS environments. Drive Engineering activities in
Microservices and Cloud based Architecture by leveraging DevOps efficiencies and adopting new
technology stack
• Able to lead a team of engineers, help them with technical issues. (80% self-work and 20%
influencing scrum engineers). Balance time on development projects including Technical Design,
Code Reviews, Mentoring, and training. Able to break down requirements and build traceability
in design and implementation details. Work with developers to define unit & automated tests
and closely monitor development milestones. Collaborate with scrum teams to identify
functional, system and end to end integration of products leading to deployment.

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree equivalent with strong knowledge methodology and tools. 8+ years
working Experience in designing data, keyword driven or hybrid strategies; Ability to
troubleshoot and think out of the box.
• Experience in CICD pipeline configuration, creation, and maintenance – from build to deploy to
integration. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive design documents covering
functional and non-functional requirements. Hands-on experience in large enterprise
development in a multi-cloud environment. Experience of working in AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS,
Security, ILM and AWS Services) with strong grasp in development of software using Angular,
React, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Python language, Databases, experience in web Frameworks like
Django required for backend development is a plus. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for
Container Management and Orchestration by setting CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins / Ansible.
• Experience with API (REST/SOAP). Experienced in RDBMS, DB Architecture design and good
control over SQL queries. Experience with any NoSQL Database, Caching and Messaging is a
plus. Experience with Messaging Tool and Caching Frameworks.
• Strong Understanding of fundamental concepts: Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPs concepts,

Position: Lead Engineer - Java


Exp: 8+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Microservices and Cloud based Architecture by leveraging DevOps efficiencies and adopting new
technology stack in AWS. Drive communication and consistently report accurate product status
for stakeholders.

Position: Senior Engineer/Tech Lead-Firmware


Exp: 5 - 8 Years / 8 – 12 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• In depth knowledge of coding in Embedded firmware in C (memory access, pointers, and


drivers), basic knowledge of C++ and Assembly is mandatory.
• Hands on experience in RTOS and Bare metal-based product development (firmware) on
microcontroller and microprocessor experience is an added advantage.
• I2C, SPI, UART, CAN and Ethernet. Exposure or knowledge on J1939 and TCP/IP protocol.
• Understanding Linux internals is added advantage, good understanding of Hardware interface
and debug skills from firmware.
• Understanding of waterfall or agile based software development.

Must Have Skills:

• Hands on experience in any RTOS, Linux, and Bare metal-based product development (firmware)
on microcontroller (microprocessor experience is an added advantage). Must have exposure to
bootloader, reading schematics, and troubleshooting the board (via Firmware).

Position: Senior Analyst-HRIS


Exp: 2 - 3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establish Monitoring Frequency: Define the frequency of replication monitoring based on the
criticality of data. weekly for terminations and new hires, Regularly check for real-time and
batch data replication report from SAP HCM already on email, DTRM report in HR Central can be
extracted in excel.
• Data Consistency Checks: Implement checks to ensure consistency between SuccessFactors and

SQL server experience is must. Candidate should be able to write/execute scripts, creating and restoring

Network Troubleshooting experience is good to have.
