Welcome to Access - How to Login to Your Account
Access is our learning management system where you will complete your e-learning, view your training
bookings and manage your ongoing training compliance.
When you accept your offer with NCG you will receive an email from this email address
noreplyaccessacloud.com and it will look like the below.
If you are using a mobile device or tablet, please download the Access LMS app. If you try to use the
internet version on any tablet or mobile the e-learning will not run. (page 12)

How to Locate Your E-learning Courses Online
On login click on the 9
dots in the top corner of
the page and select
learning which will open a
new tab (circled below)

Select my activities
and you will see a grid Scroll down and select the e-learning course on the activities page you
with all of your would like to complete.

You must complete the knowledge in full and pass the assessment to complete each course.

E-Learning Top Tips
Ø If you are completing the courses on your phone do not leave the app at any time as you may
lose your work and will have to start the course again

Ø At the end of the knowledge give the feedback a star rating to continue to the test

Ø If you fail the test go back into the course to re-take it. You do not need to recomplete the
knowledge.

Ø If you complete the knowledge and the test does not ‘unblock’ go out of the course and back
in for it to update

How to download the Access LMS app
If you are using a mobile device or tablet please download the Access LMS app. If you try to use the internet
version on any tablet or mobile the e-learning will not run.

To download the

Zoom Invitation- What happens when you are booked on a workshop
When you are booked on a zoom training course you will receive the below email from
noreply@UnicornLMS.com. This will give you all of the course information.

You can add to your


calendar on email or
your phone by
opening the invite
attachment (page 6)

Course title, date


and time

Zoom Invitation- What happens when you are booked on a workshop
When you click on the calendar invite you will see the page below. If you click on accept you can
add the event to your calendar either on your outlook or your mobile device. You can see below
the workshop name, date, time and the session zoom link which you can click to join your zoom
course.

How to locate zoom links on Access
Click on the my learning tab to open the page below. You will be able to see the box that is titled
learning events. Use the search bar to locate your course – the one you are booked on will have a
ticket.

How to Reset Your Access Password
To reset your password go to the access login page - Sign in | Access Identity (accessacloud.com)
Click on forgotten password and type in your email address and click send me the link.
You will then receive an email to reset your password.

Click on sign in type in your email and new password and login to the account.
How to Join Your Zoom Workshop
Find your link for the session on your email invite or on the my learning tab on Access.
Click the hyperlink to go direct or copy and paste the link into your search bar.

You will then be directed to zoom and will see this page if the waiting for host box does not appear
automatically please click launch meeting. When you see the box below that says you are waiting for host
please do not leave the page – the trainer will admit you into the session.

How to Join Your Zoom Workshop
When the host allows you into the session you will see the page below. Click on join audio. Turn on your
microphone and camera and type in the chat log your name and workplace.
Your trainer will start the session

Ø I can’t locate the Access Welcome email / log on details.
Check your emails (including junk) for your welcome email from this address noreplyaccessacloud.com. If you cannot locate the
email, please email training@nationalcaregroup.com to request another welcome email.

Ø How do I access the training portal (URL)


Please use this link to go to the Access LMS homepage and login to your account. Sign in | Access Identity (accessacloud.com)
if you have yet to activate your account, this can only be done by clicking the link in your welcome email

Ø I have forgotten my username / password


Please click on this link Sign in | Access Identity (accessacloud.com) click forgotten password and follow the steps via email to reset your
password. (page 12 and 13 in this guide)

Ø What is the best device to use to complete by e-learning on


The best device is to use is a laptop or computer using google chrome as it is the most compatible. You can also use a mobile or tablet to
download the app.
Frequently Asked Questions – Access LMS
Ø I am logged onto Access but I don’t know how to locate my elearning
Go to the learning tab and click on my activities to locate your e-learning. (page 4-5 in this guide.)

Ø I have clicked on a learning topic but there is nothing attached


If the course does not have an attachment or pathway it means the course is a workshop which you will complete via zoom.

Ø There are a lot of learning topics assigned to me, how do I know which ones I need to do before I
start
Your onboarder will send you a list of all the e-learning courses you must complete- all of the others can be completed once you
start in service. If you need to be resent the list please contact your onboarder or training@nationalcaregroup.com or you go to My
Learning, Scroll down to My Compliance learning and complete the Mandatory list first, then Additional.

Ø I have completed the training but the assessment remains blocked


Please ensure you complete the training in full and provide a star rating on the feedback to unblock the assessment. If you are still
struggling please contact training@nationalcaregroup.com

Please contact training@nationalcaregroup.com and advise which course has not updated for us to investigate.

Ø I like the sound of the other courses; can I book myself on


You are not permitted to book yourself on courses which are not assigned as they are not required. If you are interested in other courses
please ask your manager if you can complete as they will need to request this.

Ø I keep failing the assessment, what should I do


Re-take the knowledge check to refresh your memory and keep trying. Read through the correct answers at the end for additional
learning. Keep going you can do it! 

Ø I’ve done everything you said but it says I’m not 100 percent
There are some courses such as care certificate which are completed after you start work so you will not be 100% until all are completed.

Ø I am using the Access App but can’t see any training assigned to me

Ø I have received an invite for zoom workshop but don’t know how to join the meeting
Click the link to join the meeting. (pages 10 and 11 in this guide.)

Ø I’m on my registered events but I can’t find the link


To find your link go to the my learning tab on Access and look up your event (page 9 in this guide.)

Ø I am trying to join a zoom workshop but I am receiving a message that the link has expired / the
host is in another meeting
Go to the my learning tab on Access and look up your event to check you have the correct link. If the link is different to the one you
originally used please open the new link. If it is the same link please contact your onboarder or training@nationalcaregroup.com for
support.

Frequently Asked Questions – Zoom
Ø I have joined a zoom meeting but can’t turn my camera on
To turn on your camera click on the camera button in the bottom left hand corner. (page 11 in this guide.) If you still cant turn on your
camera send a message to the trainer via the chat and they will support you.

Ø I have a zoom meeting booked, can I rearrange this


If you would like to re-arrange your zoom training please contact your onboarder or training@nationalcaregroup.com and we will offer
you other dates to re-schedule your training.

Ø I am having trouble with audio so can’t hear trainer


Click on the join audio button in the bottom left hand corner (page 11 in this guide.) Ensure your sound is up on your device. If you still
cant hear send a message to the trainer via the chat and they will support you.

Ø Is there somewhere for me to leave feedback for the trainer


The trainer will provide you with a link during the course which you can use to leave anonymous feedback. You can also send an email
to training@nationalcaregroup.com if you are happy to share your feedback with the team. Please be honest we love to hear positive
and constructive feedback.  If you are unable to open the link please ask for support we can re-send it to you.

ask any questions or we can arrange a zoom session where we will
screenshare with you to show you exactly what you need to do. 

You can also contact your manager for support – they can help over the
phone or arrange for you to go into service to use a computer and get
the support you need.
