Introduction
The organization was established by Mr. T.S. Yadav in the year 2013. with the dream
of ending most of the plastic waste produced all over the country. According to the
studies total 15342 tons of plastic waste is produced daily in the country. And if we
setup such plant so we can reduce the plastic waste as well as we can also get a good
source of income and we can also export the plastic oil to other countries and its
investment is minimum and onetime investment.

The Problem

There is a bit of plastic everywhere, in our wallets, on our dining tables and kitchens, in our
cars and buses and in our phones and offices. It is nearly impossible to imagine a world
without plastics. From its beginning in 1950, global plastic production has increased
dramatically from 2 million tons to 380 million tons in 2015. Its sheer convenience -
lightweight and durable - has made this man-made material ubiquitous in every sphere of
human existence. In the last 70 years, 8.3 billion tons of plastic have been produced.

Current solutions include the following

Landfilling
The honorable Supreme court on March 28, 2018 stated that “days are not far when
garbage mounds at Ghazipur landfill will match the height of Qutub Minar and a red
beacon will have to be used to ward off planes.”
Landfills are sitting across India like a ticking time bomb which our cities are sitting
upon. Land area measuring 1/3rd the size of Delhi and 10 meters high would be
required to dump the waste generated on a yearly basis – this is definitely not feasible
in the Indian scenario. Moreover, the societal impact on residential areas nearby, the
leachate from the landfills percolating the groundwater leading to its contamination
calls for a quick and efficient alternative.

Unscientific burning in open

This leads to air pollution and contributes to global warming. The residue and the
partially burnt waste is eaten by animals or gets mixed in water bodies, thus killing the
terrestrial animals and the fishes in the water bodies.

Segregation-at-source
Even after repeated calls to action by enforcing laws and levying fines by the
Government, there has been little or no segregation by the households. In fact, an
interesting fact is that even when residents attempt to segregate, collectors tend to mix
it after collection as they are paid based on the weight of waste (mixed waste weighs
more than the segregated waste).

Trimurti Production
www.trimurtiproduction.com
Manual segregation

The Waste plastic is segregated by manual methods which expose rag-pickers and
segregating labor to highly unhygienic conditions and manual segregation is inaccurate
due to human errors and discretion. Manual segregation works best if and only if the
waste has been segregated at source. Further, the manpower that would be required to
segregate the amount of waste generated in India is huge and uneconomical.

Mechanical Biological Treatment

It is a proven methodology for recycle and reuse of waste plastic. A mechanical waste
segregator minimizes manual intervention and enables quick processing of large
capacity wastes. However, the conventional mechanical waste segregators have lower
efficiency levels, high fuel consumption and increased energy costs associated with
inefficient operation. Further, the conventional mechanical waste segregators require
large size of chambers for accommodating waste.

ABOUT THE PLASTIC PYROLYSIS PLANT

Trimurti Production deploys company's patent-pending, continuous DE polymerization

process to convert waste plastics to petroleum fuels similar to diesel and gasoline. The
Energy uses a multi-staged thermal process to molecularly crack and re-arrange longer
chain hydrocarbons found in plastics to shorter chain hydrocarbons found in petroleum
fuels. The Trimurti Production consists of the following operating systems and processes
for the highly efficient and effective conversion of end of life plastics to useable liquid
fuels. Suitable end of life plastics are pre-processed to size reduce and remove any
contaminants or non-plastic materials from the feedstock at the first stage of the
Trimurti Production. The shredded plastics and are then loaded via a hot melt in-feed
system directly into main pyrolysis chambers. Agitation commences to even the
temperature and homogenies the feedstocks. Pyrolysis then commences and the plastic
becomes a vapor. Non-plastic materials fall to the bottom of the chamber. The vapor
from the chambers passes into the contactor which knocks back the long chained
carbons and allows the required condensable vapors to pass into the distillation column.
The pyrolysis system is the prime chamber, which performs the essential functions of
homogenization and controlled decomposition in a single process. The plant is used to
convert Waste plastic into oil all type of waste like PP, PE, PS, Plastic Cable, plastic Bags,
Using the most cost-effective recycling technology, Plastic Recycling Plant has become a
complete choice among many customers. The outcome is almost 100% and the process
does not leave any waste behind. Moreover, the system is eco-friendly as it does not
generate pollution and produce valuable products, having good market demand. Our
offered range is integrated with unrivaled characteristics, including rugged design,
optimum performance, high durability and abrasion resistance body. Thus, known to
produce an alternate source of energy, this minimizes the usage of petroleum products
and natural gases.
