Subject: Request to award I-Grade in the Final Examination Spring 2024 due to
Performing of Hajj 15-May to 26-June 2024.
Respected Sir,
Undersigned has been selected in the Govt. Hajj Scheme 2024, for
performing the one of the primary obligation due on me.
The spring semester 2024 is delayed due to the election holidays, one or other
reasons. Unfortunately, the flight scheduled (copy attached) could not be altered
as announced by Ministry of Hajj and religious affairs.
It is humbly requested to award I-grade in this course, that, I will take the
examination as per concern Teacher / Post Graduate requirements, later on my
return i.e. 26-06-2024.
