profiling. Also, pls modify objective 3 to read as “explore on the strengths,

Facilities and Hotel Services”.
3. Theoretical Framework: If possible, try to look for more relevant developmental
theories that would fit to the scope of your study. Maybe a developmental theory
concerning service business or providing services to clientele. Use only one theory to
