As a manufacturer of Petrochemicals (highly flammable items) safety is important factor in Reliance industries limited, Nagothane. Now, company is spending substantial amount on safety. Much emphasis is given on safety. "SAFETY OVERVALUES ALL PRODUCTION TARGETS". Utmost importance is given to safety in all spheres viz. Human, Property and Environment. I would like to focus on the cost analysis of safety of the human and property in Reliance industries limited, Nagothane. My main aim is to focus on cost incurred by the company.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
In this analysis following data have collected 1. Secondary Data: Here secondary data like all expenses on safety, fire services are collected through company records. In addition, Procurement expenses of Personal protective equipments are collected from Stores ledger. The expenses of contract employees on safety are collected through Contract Management Group (CMG). Amount of Training expenses is collected from learning centre, and other data like number of employees is collected from HR department. 2. Primary Data: There is no need of Primary Data here. Because all analysis is based on expenses already occurred i.e. on secondary data.
