Student: Staying at: Housing the following student(s): It is now essential that hosting students with homes in Mumbai send me the following accurate information: 1. Name of the responsible adults who will be at that address during the trip. 2. Residential address. 3. Telephone numbers in case of need.

As is the usual practice with this kind of school trip, parents whose son/daughter is staying with AIS Indian friends should ascertain the contact details of their hosts as soon as possible and satisfy themselves about the suitability of the arrangements. As previously notified, the trip chaperones (accompanying teachers), will be staying at Hotel Regency where we can be reached 24/7 should the need arise: Hotel Regency Nepean Sea Road Malabar Hill Mumbai 400006 (Landmark - Opposite Packet Hall) Phone: 022-66571234, 022-66571235, 022-66571212 ZONE MOTHER For additional reassurance we have a zone mother. As a community we are much indebted to Mrs. Parikh for this generous support and note that she will be bearing her own expenses. COMMUNITY and AIS LEADERSHIP TEAM SUPPORT For many weeks, key parents and we, the trip organizers, have worked behind the scenes to make this wonderful co-curricular experience available to your son or daughter. It is up to each parent and student receiving this letter to ensure that commitment to participate, obtaining the necessary documentation, offers of accommodation and payment deadlines are respected so that the trip runs smoothly. The trip has the full support of the AIS Leadership Team and offers a rich educational experience and balanced itinerary to complement the IB Diploma Programme.
