Designation : Sr. Executive Welding (Planning). Period of job : July 2008 to July 2010. DETAILS OF EXPOSURE: Conversant with ASME [Sec. VIII, Div. 1 & 2], Sec IX, Sec II Part C. A good knowledge of TWI software-Weldspec, which is used for preparation of welding documents. Sound knowledge of fabrication of heavy equipments i.e. heat exchangers, columns and pressure vessels. Had an exposure of shop floor so have a sound knowledge of fabrication techniques. Preparation of welding documents such as WCS (welding control sheet), WPS (welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure qualification Records). Had to estimate the consumables and plan the processes to be followed in the fabrication of the equipments.
