Book a hotel room

Customer: good afternoom , I would like to book a room for this weeltend
the hotel Califonia Montevideo in the name of Andrea Gonzáles

Resepcionista: good afternoom Andrea, itow many People would the


room be for?

Customer: It would be for two adults and one ahild

Recepcionista: on what date you wish to arrive and deport?

Customer: we arrved on Friday 12 in the afternoom and left on suday 14


in the morning

Resepcionista: how about the room with a double bed or two single
beds?

Customer: I prefer a double bed

Resepcionista: Perfect , would you like a room with a street or a quieter


room?

Customer: If possible, a quiet room away from the street

Resepcionista: perfect you reservation was made, the bill for the
services is paid when you leave the roo. Have a hice day MRS Andrea

Costomer: thank you also

Order in a restaurant

Customer: hello good afternoon, I would like to order a take away order

Waiter: hello good afternoon, what would you like to order?

Customer: I would like a chicken sandwich but can it be without


mayonnaise?

Waiter :Sure, would you like to add something else like cheese or
avocado ¿

Customer: Yes add cheddar cheese, what drinks do you have?


Waiter: We have sparkling and still water, sugar free soft drinks and
sodas.

Customer: I will bring an orange juice

Waiter: Perfect, that’s all you want to order, how will you pay?

Customer: Yes just that, I will pay cash

Waiter: Perfect, the order will be out in 20 minutes

Customer: Thank you very much.

Solve a problem

Maria: Hi Sofia I need to talk to you I’m going through a problem.

Sofia: hi Maria, how can I help you?

Maria: It’s about my job. It’s about the project I have to deliver, it’s very
close and I don’t know if I can deliver it on time, I don’t know what to do.

Sofia: And why don’t you talk to your boss about the time you need to
finish it?

Maria: No because my boss will think I can’t handle my work.

Sofia: I don’t think your boss is going to say anything, try and see what
he says.

Maria: I will try, thanks for your advice

Sofia: You’re welcome, you know I’ll always be there to give you advice.
Are you going to work?

Maria: Yes, I’m about to leave, see you later Sofía.

Customer: hello good afternoon, I would like to buy a plane ticket.

Agent: hello good afternoon, where would you like to travel to?
Customer: I want to travel to Barcelona, which airline has a direct flight?

Agent: There are several options such as Iberia and Vueling, do you want
any of these?

Customer: I would like to travel with Iberia airline, what are the payment
options?

Agent: You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Which one
do you want to pay with?

Customer: Perfect I will pay with credit card and I want a first class
ticket.

Agent: Well take your ticket and have a good trip.

Customer: Thank you very much
