Abstract
This article has been analyzed by the discourse analysis approach. The result of this
approach can show the sophisticated mainstream development, which is dominated
by capitalism ideology. Moreover, this development enacts another development and
changes it into the other development. The benefit of discourse analysis is described
as the counter-discourse process, which opens another social space for the other
development. If the sufficiency economic philosophy is right for a capitalism society,
the counter-discourse process is the tool for opening a social space to exist in Thai
society.
