A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING MAYOR RODENCIO S.
GONZALES MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF MUNICIPALITY OF MEXICO PROVINCE OF
PAMPANGA TO KINDLY PROVIDE THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (200,000.00)
TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR BARANGAY CAMUNING MEXICO
PAMPANGA THE NECESSARY BUDGETARY REQUIEREMENT FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF CCTV CAMERA IN OUR BARANGAY.
WHEREAS, it is imperative that our barangay comprising an
estimated span of 2 kilometer more or less be fully secured and well
maintain the peace and order situation in our area for the benefits of our
constituents, school premises and business establishment ;
WHEREAS, we deem it appropriate and urgent to seek the able
assistance of the Hon. Rodencio S. Gonzales Municipal Mayor, Municipality
of Mexico, Province of Pampanga for funding support to realize the
immediate implementation of the above undertaking benefitting our
constituents and business establishment.
On motion duly seconded by all the members present.
RESOLVED, that the Hon. Rodencio S. Gonzales, Municipal Mayor of
Municipality of Mexico province of Pampanga be, as he is hereby
respectfully requested, to kindly provide our barangay the necessary
Financial Assistance of our barangay intended for the installation of CCTV at
Barangay Camuning Mexico Pampanga.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be forwarded to the Hon.
Rodencio S. Gonzales Municipal Mayor, Province of Pampanga for his
information and meritorious consideration.
