The Worker: Work is on your way. Are you


ready? Do you have the potential, character,
talents, and skills to thrive as a worker? What
attributes or qualities do an excellent
employee possesses? How will you prepare
for work immersion?

ANSWER:

Yes, I am ready for the upcoming work


immersion. and requires diligence and self-
preparation. because I will get a lot of
different experiences and new knowledge
about the course I will enter such as teamwork
or techniques. and even other tasks. and know
what to do and what not to do.
ACTIVITY 2 |

WORK ETHICS: How do you think


demonstrating strong work ethics, such as
punctuality, responsibility, and integrity, can
impact your future career and relationships in
the workplace?

ANSWER 2:

What I'm going to do is not just take action


until the man says nothing. and must be active'
if something is to be done immediately.
ACTIVITY 3 |

CONFIDENTIALITY IN THE
WORKPLACE: Why is it necessary to
maintain confidentiality in the workplace, and
what effects may a violation of confidentiality
have on the company and your reputation in
the industry?

ANSWER:

We must always stick to whatever is done or


assigned to us until we are dismissed or it's
over because what if what we do is important.
For example, you are ordered to guard the
school gate, then when you leave the one you
are guarding, it is possible that this student
will leave or leave too, that is the effect if you
neglect your duty.
ACTIVITY 4 |

EFFECTIVE CONFLICT RESOLUTION:


Think about a time when you were involved in a
conflict at school or at home. What strategies did you
use to resolve it, and how did those strategies affect the
outcome and your relationships with others involved?
Why do you think effective conflict resolution is crucial
in a professional setting, and how can mastering these
skills benefit your career growth and workplace
relationships?

ANSWER:

The best thing to do is to have a good conversation


because good conversations can change the mind of the
person you are talking to because of your ability to
communicate with people, because what if someone
complains about the company or two people fight and
don't want
The two want to congratulate each other because of the
good conversation, maybe they will congratulate each
other because of that, and due to proper communication,
the growth of the company will be facilitated because it
will attract people.
ACTIVITY 5 |

SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE: How can


you actively contribute to maintaining a safe
and healthy work environment during your
immersion, and what steps will you take to
ensure both your safety and the safety of your
colleagues?

ANSWER:
What I will do, whatever I find dangerous in
that place, I will immediately inform the
people there. what I saw, you can't hide what
you saw, because how can I see what you saw
as dangerous has such a big damage, the place
you work may burn, and possibly hurt your
colleague and yourself.

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF


EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE: How can
understanding the rights and responsibilities of
both employers and employees enhance your
experience during work immersion, and what
actions will you take to ensure you fulfill your
responsibilities while respecting the rights of
others?

ANSWER:

So that I can take care of it or fulfill it like


obeying whatever rights they gave me and if
they are busy with their work if I see
something dirty on the floor I will clean it
because I know it is my responsibility
