Compulsory Tasks

1. You are one of the Sub-committee members in the Administrative

Department. In JSVAs Christmas project, there are total 200 applicants but only 80 places are offered. What factors will you consider in choosing an applicant?
2. Look through the official website of JSVA and list out the improvements

can be made. Please write about 200 words for the above topics respectively. Service Department: You are one of the Sub-committee members in the Service Department. You are now the PIC of the regular service program, design and briefly introduce the rundown of the service program (including basic details such as target group, relevant organizations, number of participants, etc.) that suits the theme of the 26th JSVA.

*Additional information: The theme of the 26th JSVA --- Be the light at the end of the tunnel Programme Department: You are one of the Sub-committee members in the Programme Department, and one of the organizing committee members in JSVAs annual project. You are now drafting a brief rundown for the Orientation-Day. Please include the time frame in your draft. Then briefly introduce the rules and details of various games and activities. Promotion Department: You are one of the Sub-committee members in the Promotion Department. You are now designing the poster for the Christmas Project 2012. You may base on the theme of last years Christmas Project, SOKKA for your design. Also, you are required to summit 3 pieces of your previous design works (e.g. photos, videos, and banners).

along with the task to subcom.jsva1112@gmail.com on or before 1st of November. Any late applications will not be entertained.
3. Interviews will be held on the 5th to 6th, November. Venue and time are

to be confirmed. Before any further confirmation of time-slots, applicants should spare these two days. Applicants should attend the interview in formal dress code (school uniforms are also accepted). For non-members this year, please bring along $50 for the membership fee. All applicants should bring along with a hardcopy of their individual application form and task. Any applicants fail to attend the interview would be disqualified.
4. Successful applicants will be contacted personally after the interview.
