The Online Students Record and Tracking System is done by the needs of the Asia Harvester College and Seminary, the difficulties in recording the students information and even tracking it easily. But now the proponents did the system to help them in easily way in recording information of the students and an easy way to find the specific students information or to track it.
In the first visiting the system you can see the interface system, the history is the first one you can see in the interface of the system. The vision and mission of the school can see also in the interface of the system. The basis part to the system is the one you can see in the very first part of the system.
And in the filled up form of the employee in the system you can see also the thing you can click to change the information of each students in the system like updating each student information who is already graduated or an transferee student, even editing is you can see in this system because there sometimes the person or the employee who do encode the information of each students can be wrong so there is a editing part that you can edit it easily and also save to change the information of the specific student that change or edit an information. There is also an deleting part were you can delete the students information or the students that already go to the other school.
In terms of finding or tracking easily the specific students that you want to try, you can do it by search the students number and absolutely the specific students that you are searching will arrive and then you can the current status of the student in the school, when he is an transferee or a new or old student in the school. You can edit or update it also and record the new information for those specific students.
