Shuttering in usable condition no warping, decaying, holes, dents,
3 ruptured surfaces or broken edges.(As actuals)
Completion of PCC works to the required dimensions.

5 of cut outs & services verified (± 5mm in 2.5m. ± 8mm in 5m. ± 10mm
in 10m & ± 5mm for opening size.) Location, Alignment on plan,
Dimensions, Diagonals Checked?
Props / stays / bracing / tie rods: Adequacy, rigidity, spacing and tying
5 of nuts & bolts properly & rigidity of base (As per approved formwork
design)
Check for spacing of props as per approved

Gaps between shuttering filled, cleaning of shuttering & approved
7 shuttering oil applied (As per approved formwork design)
Check for number of vertical / horizontal supports as per the scheme
