Section 3.

6: Order Tracking and Updates (For Bangladesh)

Objective:

To allow customers to track their orders in real time within Bangladesh.

Workflow:

Once the shipment is confirmed, the system automatically generates a

tracking number. This number is linked to the local courier service, such as
Sundarban Courier, Pathao, Paperfly, or RedX. The customer receives an SMS
or email with a message like:

Your order #123 has been shipped! Track it here: [tracking link].

During Delivery:

The tracking status is updated regularly (every 30 minutes or based on

courier systems).

Common status updates include: "In Transit," "Out for Delivery," and "Near
Your Location."

Customers can check their status using a tracking page such as

track.yourbrand.com or through the courier’s website.

An estimated delivery time is also provided, e.g., "Arriving by 3:00 PM."

Post Delivery:

The courier collects an OTP or digital signature as delivery confirmation.

A confirmation message is sent to the customer:

"Delivered. Please confirm with OTP or signature."

A feedback message follows:

"How was your delivery experience? Please rate from 1 to 5 stars."
