Objective To identify the different factors which affect in opening new outlet. To identify the significance of those factors. To identify the factor which affect restaurant entrepreneur in decision making. To identify the effect of factors in company performance Factors 1. Demographic factor- Socioeconomic characteristics of a population expressed statistically, such as age, sex, education level, income level, marital status, occupation, religion, birth rate, death rate, average size of a family, average age at marriage. A census is a collection of the demographic factors associated with every member of a population. 2. Target Market - The characteristics of the target customer, income level standard of living 3. Competitive factors 4. Pricing Factor cost of product 5. Production factor supply of raw material 6. Socio cultural factors- the social background of the customer. From which religion customer belongs 7. Outlet locations 8. Density of population 9. Convenience of outlet 10. financial factors 11. HR factor- saif, water. 12. Weather pattern - Fast food outlets rely indirectly on the weather for them to meet the supply demanded by their customers. Drastic weather changes resulting in floods or famine cripples the supply of these outlets as it means that the raw materials, in this case being chicken, beef, fresh vegetables and flour, are produced at a minimum or not produced at all.
