EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE PTA OFFICERS
OF JOSE N. JUGUILON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, COLISAO, SAN FABIAN, PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, Parents-Teachers Association headed by Kagawad Virgilio R. Toquero and the


Colisao Barangay Council headed by Punong Barangay Romeo Nicolas express their all-out support to all
the programs and projects of the school;

WHEREAS, the PTA and Barangay Council are ready and willing to raise funds to assist the
school in realizing its plans as embodied in the School Improvement Plan;

WHEREAS, both the PTA and Barangay Council have no sufficient fund to pay for the monthly
payment of school utilities such as electricity, internet, telephone, janitorial expenses and security
services.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion raised by Mrs. Clarissa Z. Duterte, duly seconded by everyone
present, it was:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that the monthly expenses for the electricity, internet, and
telephone incurred by the school will be funded by school’s Monthly Maintenance and Other Operational
Expenses (MOOE)

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution is submitted to proper DepEd authorities
for liquidation purposes.
