3 Check for quantity as per challan
4 Check for Dimensional stability
5 Check for color
6 Check for breakages
7 Check for packing
8 Check for any defects(transit/manufacturing)
9 Check the proper place for storage of the material
10 Compare with approved sample submitted if applicable
11 Check engraved details if any on material supplied
with lot number
Observations if any :
The above works have been completed and checked and are ready for inspection
