Children deserve the chance to shine and The Man In The Moons Drama Workshops help them do just that. Established in 1990, we pride ourselves on being dramatically different. Our exciting, inclusive and stimulating activities help children make new friends, work as part of a team, build social skills, develop verbal skills and improve concentration. It's an exciting way to stretch the imagination, gain confidence and help children realise their true potential. With the emphasis on fun and performance, these drama workshops are designed specifically to develop drama skills that will benefit children for life. Activities will include an exciting mix of improvisation, role-play, drama games, movement and teamwork, fuelling the imagination whilst working towards performance at the end of the week. Above all, its great fun! All children need to bring with them is enthusiasm. It doesn't matter if theyve never done any drama before; we all have to start somewhere. With the emphasis on fun and performance for everyone, it's no wonder that we're Surrey's principal youth theatre. The founder of The Man In The Moon Paul, who is no stranger to Longacre having covered Pippas Musical Theatre Classes for her in the past, will run this five-day course. Medical In the event of illness or accident you will be contacted immediately. If this is not possible, an ambulance will be called and your child will be sent to hospital with a Crew Member. Behaviour High spirits are welcomed, but if a child is continually disruptive, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them. No refund will be given.
