Define with your EB / VPs & TM MMs the main membership necessities you detect during Q1 & Q2
IGCDP -> Summer Match Realize & delivery. IGIP -> SALES OGCDP -> Raise & Match OGIP -> RAMARE.
Surely some VPs that are not core will have some membership needs, if you know the specific need, (like designers in MKT or web managers in IM or a strengthen membership for Q3 for TM) ask your VPs if they want more members (surely theyll want).

mkt. -> ER with universities, GET the mailing list of the people who make intercourses. Mkt + IM -> define the promotion materials IM -> check podio & data bases and get all the mailing list available. MKT + TM -> define the referrals dynamics. MKT -> feed the SM channels. TM + IM -> Define the next steps mailings TM + EB -> feed the VPs with the process.
