in Gerber files and In Aperture file select
.SMTOP
Solder side click on Dir. And select .BOTTOM
in Gerber files and in aperture file select .
In Drill data select .drill_TOP_BOTTOM
Note: if double side PCB then in component side use .TOP file in
Gerber file and .ADTOP in aperture file.
