ABSTRACT:
Exam hall seating arrangement system is developed for the college
to simplify examination hall allotment and seating arrangement. It
facilitates to access the examination information of a particular
student in a particular class. The purpose of developing exam hall
seating arrangement is to computerize the traditional way of
conducting exams. Mostly most of the student are facing many
problem for finding the exam hall and their seats respectively. A
newly invented concept can aid for the students for checking their
exam hall. This helps them to identify the floor or get directions to
their respective halls without delays. It contains the name of the
students, hall ticket number ,branch of the department and the hall
number . All details have total capacity numbers available in the
institution and the hall batch detail contains school or college
details . And the examination timing details have total timing
allocation for the student . In this module admin arranges seats for
students based on their department ,year ,section ,semester ,and
class, subject with arrears and without arrears . Staff also verify that
no students of the same class dont sit together.

OBJECTIVE
The aim of the project is that it will reduce the
manual errors in allocating the seats.
The system is very much user friendly so that
the person can who are working in that can feel
the better experience.
Providing information of seats easily before the
exam session.

SCOPE
Students allotment for the hall will be easier by
choosing the class and the number of students.
The system will check for the students which are
of different department and allocate the seat.
