People are not being supported to

even though they are not a key

not meeting as often as they

People have been told they must
find a job or they will have their
benefits stopped
Anxious about having PIP
interviews and loosing benefits.

are Not disabled enough

There is not enough support to help


people find and keep paid
employment

THE CARE ACT


Parents with a learning disability are
still not being supported well enough
Not enough advocacy to support
parents through care proceedings.
Professionals do not understand the Care Act
Advocacy is not happening for everyone
and it is not always effective.

Having a life in the community


Providers are stretched
There are not enough people
with the right skills to
provide good support.
Lack of support in the evenings
People are feeling isolated
