Goals

Know my students

I want to know about them not just as students but more

personally. Know their hobbies, where they came from, what
they like etc. to understand them better

Motivate my students

When you are learning a language, motivation is a great tool

to be successful. I never want to talk my students down. I
want them to tell each other good job even though they
make mistakes sometimes.

Classroom Vision

Posters

I want to decorate my classroom with all kinds of poster. If I

was in the classroom where I teach English, I want to put a
lot of English posters that will be relevant of what we will
learn!

Pictures

I also want pictures around the classroom so they can vision

the cultures of the language and be familiar with.
