employee into the organization

should use

both of these are cost effective process .
Employer referral - Employee referralis an internal
recruitment method employed by organizations to
identify potential candidates from their
existingemployees' social networks. An employee
referralscheme encourages a company's
existingemployeesto select and recruit the suitable
candidates from their social networks .

Campus interview
It is the best possible method for
companies to select students from various
educational institutions. It is easy and
economical. The company officials
personally visit various institutes and
select students eligible for a particular
post through interviews. Students get a
good opportunity to prove themselves and
get selected for a good job.
Selection step
In the selection process firstly their
should be completion of application
,then the initial interview in HR
department should be done. After the
interview employee testing should be
performed followed by background
investigation of the candidates
.Hiring decision should be taken after
the preliminary selection in the HR
department .
