 INTRODUCTION
Sandwich is something everyone prefers in this
fast moving world. It is one of the most trending
food due to the western culture influence.
What we have here in Mumbai is basically a
sandwich with a Indianised touch it includes
spicy mint green chutney, varieties of
vegetables, etc.
The reason weve choosed this topic is as
sandwich is very easy to make and something
everyone likes.

 BUSINESS PLAN
We set up a sandwich stall with the help of the seed capital provided and
sponsorship we received from Mayur Electronics. They gave us a friendly
loan of Rs. 400.
We brought the inventory from the nearby market and set up the stall in
our DYPUSM campus. We were 5 people who were assigned to different
work. Three people were appointed for making the sandwich and one
person was the cashier and the remaining person was going around
getting customers, marketing about the product, and delivering the
sandwiches to the customer.

 Pricing of the Business
The menu started from Rs. 10 and ranged
around to Rs. 40.
The menu was as follow:
1. Bread Butter - Rs. 10
2. Veg sandwich Rs. 25
3. Grill veg sandwich Rs. 30
4. Cheese grill veg sandwich Rs. 40

PROFIT

The gross profit we gained Rs. 1750 out of which Rs. 150 is the seed
capital and the remaining Rs. 400 was the friendly loan.
Deducting the Rs.550 the total profit we have with us is Rs. 1200.
After the initial profit we refilled the inventory which was around Rs. 100.
So the total pure profit now is Rs. 1100.

 Rates of the inventory

All the inventory we used was of Rs. 550 at first and after the initial profit we
also put around Rs. 100 to refill some vegetables and bread.
The inventory included:
3 packets of bread
1 big box of butter
1kg cucumber, tomato and potato.
8 cheese cubes
Chutney
Toaster
Big pouch of tomato ketchup
