 Overview
Our goal of this experiment was to create soap by
converting TAG to FAS via saponification.

For our experiment we wanted to see if heating
the chemical mixture for a longer give a
different yield while hold all variables constant.

Time on hotplate at 70 C

 Results
From the mass of the soap we measured after each trial we found that putting
the solution on a hotplate for a longer period of time gave a slightly larger mass
of soap.
