combine or merge them with

- The document that contains the
main body of the messaged we
want to convey or send.

- Also referred to as data fields or
merge fields.
- Marks the position of your form
document where individual data or
information is inserted.

form document is placed and
maintained.
Label Generation
- Simply put, it creates a blank form
document that stimulates either a
blank label or envelop or pre-defined
size and will use the datafile that you
selected.
