maintain an effective health and safety management system that is
proportionate to the risks

The plans in order to achieve desired goals are as under
• Policy making describing safety program
• To check if management is carrying out duties as described in the
employer’s safety program
• Conduct safety trainings for workers, employees of the company

• Establish HSE audit system to assess level of compliance and ensure

corrective actions
• Presence of higher HSE management at a workplace should be made
mandatory
• Personal protective equipment should be worn at a workplace

• Empower all employees to report unsafe conditions and actions to
continually improve HSE culture and make them accountable against set
goals
• Incident if happened must be thoroughly investigated
