Ways To Grow Your Career

  If your job is getting too easy your skills will start to get
rusty.

Grow your Skills  You can improve your skills with out leaving your
current job.
outside of work  You can learn new skills on your off days or sick days or
the weekend.
  Stretch-Make your goal challenging that way you have
to push your self.
 Specific-Your goal should be specific don’t let it be
obsucure.

 Measurable-You must know where your goal is coming

SSMART (Goal from and what the end goal should be.
Setting  Attainable-Your goal must be realistic an unachievable
acronym) goal will cause your career to slow down.
 Results-Ensure that your goal will have the outcome that
you desire.

 Time frame-Ensure you have a date by which your goal
