Where the requirements for accessibility

First violation – a fine of not less than P50,000.00 but not exceeding P100,000.00 or imprisonment of not less than 6 months but not more than 2 yrs., or both at the discretion of the court. 2. For any subsequent violation – a fine of not less than P100,000.00 but not exceeding P200,000.00 or imprisonment for not less than 2 yrs. but not more than 6 yrs., or both at the discretion of the court.
