Hello Sir,

The Project Requirements for your Two Storey with Loft mixed-use seaside project , have been
carefully studied and its site context. Attached herewith are the services that we see fit to be
rendered for the Client.

I. PROJECT CONTEXT

B. DELIVERABLES – Engineering Drawings to be used for Construction & Building Permit.

II. PROJECT DELIVERABLES

A. CONTRACT DOCUMENT PHASE

ENGINEERING DRAWINGS (20X30 Blueprints, 6 sets) – Drawings and documents for Building
Permit Requirements Construction, Duly Signed & Sealed by Professionals.
1. STRUCTURAL (Design Consideration of Retaining Walls & Seaside Property)
-PLANS, STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS, & REPORTS; Structural modeling, Analysis, and
Design using structural software (ETABS 19 and STAAD RCDC)
-With wind and seismic analysis in compliance with NSCP 2015
-Building parameters will be based to the latest National Building Code of the
Philippines (NSCP 2015), and other international book references, such as ACI 318-14
for concrete structure, AISC for steel structure and ASCE 7-10 for loadings.
Requirements for analysis: complete architectural drawings

 2. PLUMBING
- Sanitary Plans and forms signed and sealed in compliance with NPC 1959
- Revised Plumbing Code of the Philippines. 5
3. ELECTRICAL
- Electrical plans, forms and Analysis signed and sealed in compliance with NEC 2017
Consultation, Correction on Loadings
- Electrical Analysis
DELIVERABLE TIMELINE: The duration of work for the plans and analysis is 2 weeks upon
approved and received required plans and documents.

II. SERVICE FEES

For the above-enumerated Workflow and Deliverables, we would like to stipulate our Respective
Professional Service fees:

Php 45,000.00*
Forty-Five Thousand in Philippine Currency
*Exclusive of Tax

Manner of Payment
A. Signing of Agreement of the Service Proposal (30%) PHP 13,500.00
B. Approval of E-copies for Printing Production (30%) PHP 13,500.00
C. Turn-over of Construction Drawings (40%) PHP 18,000.00
