Training methods
 On-the-job training- Methods by which employees are given hands-on experience
with instructions from their supervisor or trainer.
 Mentoring- A system of semi-structured guidance whereby one person shares their
knowledge, skills and experience to assist others to progress in their own lives and
careers.
 Job Rotation- Workers rotate through a variety of job.
 Apprenticeship training- A system of training in which a worker entering the skilled
trade is given systematic instruction and experience.
 Lectures- Formal presentation by an expert in the subject matter.
 Audio visual-
 E-learning- training provided via a computer or other digital device, allowing
technology to facilitate learning anytime, anywhere.
