PARTICIPATION ON GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Manhattan Garden City holds quarterly General Assembly wherein unit owners including a representative from Araneta
Center (PM) are attending to discuss matters, concerns etc.

MAIN OBJECTIVES: LIST OF ACTIVITIES, GUIDELINES, MECHANICS AND PARTNERS:

- To make them feel special.


- Providing special gifts/offers on the day of the assembly with Araneta
- To show cooperation with the residential team.

COMMUNITY BAZAAR

After the first wave of Community bazaar on May 2018, residents can once again showcase their talents not only in
cooking/baking but also in planting or craft making. Preferred to be done quarterly.

RESIDENTS APPRECIATION WEEK

Based on observation, residents participate if they are given incentives or gift packs. With that, we can get more details
from them but at the same time make them feel important through an appreciation week . Target month is February.

Since BPOs love getting perks too, we can provide them a loyalty card exclusive for them. They may use this card to get
discounts to lessees.

Since the offices and companies in Araneta City are growing, we can do another round of BPO Career Fair for our
current and future BPO employees.
