 Work from home – A new concept brought up with millennials and


with the way in which work is now administered and conducted

 Attractive to a lot of employees, it can really help boost employee


morale and it can save your business money and office space.

 It can also save the employee money on transportation costs


which in turn is better for the individual as well as for the
environment.

 The company saved money on additional utilities and furniture

 When hiring employees from distant places, the quality of employees increased as they could
also work from home.

 36% of people would choose working from home than a pay raise

 95% of businesses say working from home significantly improves employee retention.

family and be there for their kids or spouse instead of the nights at the end of the day. This also
enhances family relations, making them stronger.

No more daily slog: Few things in life are despised more than the daily journey to and from work
and hence getting rid of travel costs (gas, transit) and freeing up between five and 15 hours per
week.
