Tips To live longer

 You should avoid drink alcohol so frequently or in excess
 You should eat more healthy you must add to your diet vegetables , fruits and whole grains and reduce fatty food
and carbohidrates
 You should do exercise daily and avoid being sedentarist
 You should do mental activities to set your mind free of stress
 You should do mental exercise to maintain active your memory
 You must drink at least eight glasses of water
 You must not smoke cigarettes
 You must consume a multivitamins every six months
 You must socialize with people in different activities to be good emotionally
 You must sleep from six to eight hours a day to have enough rest of your daily activities
 You must read for twenty minutes a day to keep your mind busy
 You have to avoid stay under the sun without any protection
 You haven’t to consume psychoactive substances
 You have to eat three to five times a day but not in excess
 You haven’t to ignore when you feel stress and anxiety
 You have to go to the doctor to check your health once every six months
