• MAIN PURPOSE-
1. To make sure human resource policy and procedure throughout the organization fit the needs,
goals, and aims of the organization and its top leadership.
2. To work with the company's senior leadership team and with department managers to help guide
and communicate overall company strategy.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR Dept.
• Provide HR Policy guidance
• Consult with line managers and provide daily guidance
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and grievance
• Identify training needs and create professional development
curriculum.
• Ensure regulatory compliances with legal requirements pertinent
to day-day mgmt. of employees
