• MAIN PURPOSE-
1. To make sure human resource policy and procedure throughout the organization fit the needs,
goals, and aims of the organization and its top leadership.
2. To work with the company's senior leadership team and with department managers to help guide
and communicate overall company strategy.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR Dept.
• Provide HR Policy guidance
• Consult with line managers and provide daily guidance
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and grievance
• Identify training needs and create professional development
curriculum.
• Ensure regulatory compliances with legal requirements pertinent
to day-day mgmt. of employees
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (CONTI..)

• Develop and nurture partnerships through HR to bridge the gap


between management and employees.
• Work closely with mgmt. and employees to improve work
relationships.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Qualifications – MBA/PGDM IN HUMAN RESOURCE FROM ANY


PREMIER INSTITUIONS/UNIVERSITY
• EXPERIENCE- 8-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS HR Business Partner
or HR GENERALIST
