Project Brief
• Bull Poultry Feeds plans to build 12 Organic Chicken Houses near Lahore. It
has acquired 200 Acres of arable land in Kasur, Sheikhupura and Pattoki.
• 70% of nutritional requirements will be fulfilled with naturally grown crops
in the farm. While 30% nutritional need will be fulfilled by organic grains
purchased from the market.
• Meat will be sold on 8 Outlets in Lahore.

Introduction
• The purpose of risk management is to ensure levels of risk and uncertainty
are identified and then properly managed in a structured way, so any
potential threat to the delivery of outputs (level of resourcing, time, cost and
quality) and the realization of outcomes by the Project Manager is
appropriately managed to ensure the project is completed successfully.
