    BOILER:
    This is used to convert the water into steam
    at high temperature and pressure.
    SUPER HEATER:
    The steam produced from boiler is wet is this
    steam passes through the steam
    turbinecauses the turbine may be damage. In
    order this condition the steam produced from
    boiler is further heated at superheater.
    TURBINE:
    It converts heat energy of steam into
    mechanical energy.
    These are of two types they are
    1.Impulse turbine
    2.Reaction turbine
    ALTERNATOR:
    It is used to convert mechanical to
    electrical energy.
