Workplace culture plays a very important role not only
determining the success of an individual but also the
organization.Its very important to know the workplace
culture so as to face the challenges at our work life.
These cultures are not new it has been followed since
the vedic time and the only way we can overcome our
work culture problem is to actually accept what is
happening in reality.
 A Workplace culture is the shared value, belief system,
attitude and set of assumptions that people in a workplace
share this is shaped by individual upbringing ,social and
cultural context.

The workplace culture improves teamwork, raises the moral

and increase the productivity and efficiency at the workplace.
According to the research conducted by Deloitte ,
94% of the Executives,88% of Employees believes that work
culture is vital in the organizational success
Ancient Scriptures are the holy writings of religion where we
get all religious and atheistic beliefs which guide us
throughout our life showing us right path to lead.

Various ancient scriptures include- Bhagvat Gita, Ramayana,

Bible, Quran, etc.

management principles and its values if put into practice will
manifest mindset of present as well as future managers
