letter, so that the recipient of the letter can know about
our competence and about our qualifications. Because
of that, if we want to make a letter of application, we
must to know the text structure from application letter.
In this below, we can see the text structure of
application letter.

• Letter Head
This section includes contact information from the
applyer like name of applier, address, city, state zip
code of applyer
• Date
Date when the letter is written (top left )
• Address of receiver
The address of the company you are writing to. Use
complete name, title, address, city and state zip code
or employer contact information
• Salutation
Greeting and the person’s name you are writing to
• Body
The main part of the letter. It includes what you want to
write to the other person.
• Closing
Use the closing paragraph to ensure action on the part
of the reader. One possibility is to ask for an interview
appointment time. Make it easy for the personal
department to contact you by providing your telephone
number and email address
• Signature
Signature of the written
• Name of applicant
