FOUR BASIC PHASES

 PHASE 1: SHOCKING AND RESISTIVE PHASE.


Anything happening to you makes no sense to you. You
question everything without understanding the purpose
behind it.

 PHASE 2: GIVING YOURSELF SOME SPACE.


Now at this point you start thinking more of what can be
done now rather than what is going on.
 PHASE 3: ACTING ON CIRCUMSTANCES.
You start applying your good vibes and thoughts into your
great actions as thoughts are the roots of our actions.

 PHASE 4: CHANGE EVOLVE, NEW BEGINNING.


Having peace with your surroundings regardless of what
happens next gives you actual energy to move on because
you accept this and not making fuss about it.
TIPS FOR ACCEPTING YOUR
CIRCUMSTANCES:
1. Give yourself space to think other part of
story.
2. Do abnormal stuff as chewing a citrus lemon,
paint your face, ride a horse, get into roller
coaster, swim deep into water and believe me
it worked every time I do these.
3. Do what ever it takes to be happy and as we
all are the creator of our own happiness so I
am not going to tell you this how.
4. Tell yourself that it is going to be alright and
everything that happens has some purpose.
