Introduction
Global warming is one of the top world concern since Paris Agreement, and must be
overcome by reducing the GHG (green house gases) emission.

Disposal of solid waste in landfills is another top world concern and the over
exploitation of conventional fossil fuels, resulting in the abundantly GHG recently.

Waste can be considered as an approriate promising new and renewable resources,

both as an energy and material reserve.

Plasma gasification is the newest method of gasification, will decompose the waste
will generate syngas, mainly H2, considered as a energi potential.

Conclusion
• Low SWR is preferable for highest H2 mole fraction & Xc
• Low SWR is preferable for less CO2 emission & highest CGE
Syngas

• MSW mass flow rate inline with Steam mass flow rate
• Syngas output temperature not inline with Plasma zone
I/O temperature

• City Energy Strength can be achieved by adequate policies and

support private sector to participating in waste to energy
technology
• Better urban built environment can be achieved by
City implementing Plasma Gasification since it emits very low
emission
