⮚ October 2014: MoU signing by 21 countries
⮚ November 2014 – May 2015: drafting of Articles of Agreement
⮚ 31 March 2015: deadline for expression of interest for PFM*
⮚ 29 June 2015: signing of the Articles of Agreement by 50 PFM*
⮚ December 2015: entry into force of Articles of Agreement**
⮚ January 2016: opening for business operations at Beijing
