Purpose •Provide scientific input / recommendations to the leadership of
agencies in increasing effectiveness for the use of the National
CPNS selection system

• Effectiveness  Effectiveness is a measure
of the level of success of an organization,
activity or program in achieving its stated
goals. Beside effevtiveness is the achievement
of goals that can be measured by the results
achieved, so that it can be seen that the work
results can be said to be effective Supriyono
(2000: 29)

carried out by the State

electronic testing fiel

gate for CPNS selection to all
central and regional agencies
and managed by the Indonesian
National Civil Service Agency as

2.according to Agus Dwiyanto (2008: 147), efficiency can be defined as the best comparison between input and output.
From the above understanding it can be concluded if an output can be achieved with minimal input, it is considered
efficient. Inputs in public services can be in the form of money, energy, time and other materials used to produce or
achieve an output.

• Ease of use for potential candidates


• Research by Brahmins and Brahmins (2013) titled What Factors Jo Seekers Attitude in Using E-recruitmen, these
factors are ease of use (Perceived Ease of Use), perceived usefulness (Perceived of Usefulness), and ease of use
(Perceived Enjoyment )

2.According to Gary Dessler (2018: 162) Recruitment is more complex than what a manager thinks. This activity does not only
involve placing advertisements or calling employment agencies. Because of this, e-recruitment is expected to make it easier for
organizations to recruit

•Increase the speed of the recruitment process


•In this study the efficiency indicators were taken according to Agung Djojosoekarto (2008: 47) which revealed that efficiency in e-
recruitment using SSCN can be done in a faster timeframe than the conventional method. Besides the time that can be faster e-
recruitment can also save the budget,

2.So in this case e-recruitment can be used by organizations to find the right candidates in an organization to fill in the blank formationAccording
to Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara (2009) recruitment is a process or action carried out by an institution or company with the aim of getting
prospective employees in accordance with the needs of the company through stages that include identification and evaluation and selection.
